MAUD LEWIS – THE HEART ON THE DOOR

Short Reading by Lance Woolaver from his new full-length biography MAUD LEWIS – THE HEART ON THE DOOR at 6:15 p.m, Zwicker’s Gallery.    


Maud Lewis fans are invited to drop by Zwicker’s Gallery, Ian and Ann Muncaster, Proprietors with their Maud Lewis pictures. Lance Woolaver, Ian Muncaster and Alan Deacon will be in attendance for a round table and audience discussion of rarities and “true Mauds”.  Fans of Maud Lewis are invited to bring in the “Mauds” for a chat.

Zwicker’s Art Gallery is located next door to the old Halifax Central Library on Doyle Street, Downtown Halifax, adjacent Spring Garden Road.

Portia to Be Produced in Ontario
March 21, 2017 Portia, Lance Woolaver’s hit musical about the great Nova Scotian contralto, Portia White, is being produced in August at the Victoria Playhouse in Pretrolia, Ontario.  David Hogan, the Stratford director, will direct.  The play opens on August 15, 2017.  This is the third production of the play.
